How to Build Strong Relationship Between EMPLOYER & EMPLOYEE

It is much important to establish strong relationship between Employer & Employee and same will help to create Positive & friendly work environment. Accordingly, this will help employees be happier and to engaged in their work.

According to a study by Gallup, people who have a best friend at work are seven times more likely to be engaged in their jobs. In addition, people who have a good friend in the workplace are more likely to be satisfied with their jobs.
Things can we do to build relationships

Ø  Build Trust

Trust is basic of establishing any good relationship between any parties. When you trust your colleagues or the subordinates, you are more likely to enjoy working with them and be honest in your communications. To build trust, make sure you are dependable. Stay true to your word by completing any tasks you agree to on time and to the best of your abilities.


Ø  Show Appreciation

We should come up with the day-to-day tasks and take your colleagues for granted and make sure to compliment your co-workers when they do something well. Sometime it may can a short writing or just a thanking massage with a set of words make him or her in positive and appreciate.

Ø  Be Positive
Always keep the employees awake by appreciating and positive thinking. Negativity will tarnish the image of the institute and same will result for lower performances. Positivity can be contagious and can help you become someone that others enjoy being around.

Ø  Avoid Gossiping

Gossiping can cause mistrust and animosity. Always this factor should discourage and in an any issue with a co-worker, talk to them directly about the issue in a mature and respectful manner. Be considerate of other people's opinions and try focusing on the positive characteristics about co-workers rather than the negatives.

Ø  Take Time to Build Relationships
 
Simple chat with an employee helps to build strong relationships and having coffee while chatting will be strengthen the process. Great leaders should have to find the time to behave such.  



Ø  Support Each Other's Work

Ask your co-workers to get involved in a task you are working on and volunteer to join others' projects. Collaborating on a shared assignment gives you the opportunity to get to know one another better.
